Gnosis Pay is a decentralized payment network that seamlessly connects traditional finance (TradFi) with decentralized finance (DeFi). Its flagship product, the Gnosis Card, is a self-custodial Visa® debit card linked to a Safe smart account, allowing users to spend digital assets anywhere Visa is accepted.
Brief
As the sole designer, I played a key role in shaping Gnosis Pay’s visual identity from the ground up. I developed the brand guidelines—including typography, color palette, and design principles—while also crafting the crypto card and packaging, website, presentation decks, and social media assets.
Process
To ensure Gnosis Pay’s branding aligned with both the crypto-native and traditional finance audience, I conducted market research on DeFi payment solutions, competitor analysis, and brand positioning. This helped define a modern yet trustworthy visual language that bridges Web3 innovation with familiar financial experiences.
For the Gnosis Card, I designed a sleek, premium look that aligned with the brand’s ethos. I also worked on the packaging design, ensuring a tactile unboxing experience that reinforced the brand’s credibility and user engagement.
I translated the brand’s identity into a website design, focusing on clarity, ease of use, and visual storytelling to introduce users to Gnosis Pay’s ecosystem. Additionally, I created presentation decks and social media assets to maintain consistency across all touchpoints.
